Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds held in the account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Where termination is not related to a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting joya77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the User's registered payment method.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the joya77 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents joya77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
